Hawai Island
The Hawaiian archipelago consists of eighteen islands and atolls extending over 2,400 km. The black sand beaches owe their color to their volcanic origin, which is nothing but pulverized lava by the time and erosión.Las "main islands" are eight located in the extreme southeast. These are Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, Maui, and Hawaii Island, which is by far the largest.
